Certified by the State Bar of California
 Herb
Fox has been certified by
the State Bar of California Board of Legal
Specialization as
an appellate law specialist since 1998. He is one of only 240
attorneys in California to attain this certification (out of 210,000
currently licensed attorneys), which means that clients and other
attorneys can rely on his expertise in the area of appellate
law.
In order to
receive this certification, Herb
was required to document his substantial hands-on appellate law
experience, pass an exam on appellate law procedures
administered
by the State Bar, and present reference attesting to his skills and
high ethics. In order to maintain his certification,
Herb
continues to make appellate law his primary practice and is required to
participate in continuing legal education programs exceeding those
hours required of general practitioners.
